The Town of Webb Comprehensive Plan, also called a Master Plan, was designed to set priorities for Town officials working with local citizens, organizations and businesses. The Town Board appointed a 16-member Master Plan Advisory Committee that worked over two years to prepare the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Webb. The first public hearing was held in May of 2002 and a final hearing was held on August 13, 2002. The document was adopted by the Town Board at their next monthly meeting that fall.
